  • Customers are eligible to request a refund for licenses within a 30-day window following the date of purchase. This refund request is subject to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund:

  • To be eligible for a refund, the license must meet the following criteria:
  • The license has not been activated with the software manufacturer.

Non-Refundable Licenses:

  • Once a license has been activated with the manufacturer, it becomes non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued.
  • We strongly recommend using the demo version of the software to evaluate the product before purchasing.

Refund Approval:

  • We will review your refund request and notify you of its approval status. If your refund request is approved, you will receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Restocking Fee:

  • Please note that an administrative restocking fee of 5% will be deducted from the refund amount.

Payment Processing Time:

  • Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. The exact duration of this processing time may vary depending on your financial institution.
