How Students and Staff Can Access Rhino 3D

Many schools, colleges, and universities now provide Rhino 3D through a centrally managed license pool, enabling students and staff to use the software both on campus and remotely. Departments are welcome to contact us to discuss setting up institutional access.

Alternatively, individual Educational Licenses can be purchased directly from our website and remain valid after your studies are complete, including for commercial use.

Step 1: Verify Your Academic Status

To qualify for an educational license, please provide proof of your current academic status by emailing the appropriate document to our team.

For Students:

• Valid student ID card showing your name and expiry date, or
• Official enrolment certificate

For Staff:

• Recent payslip header showing your institution’s name (salary details can be covered)

Our team will review your submission promptly and confirm eligibility.

Step 2: Receive Confirmation

Once your academic status is verified, you’ll receive a confirmation email with instructions to complete your order.

Step 3: Purchase Your Licence

After verification, complete your purchase directly through our online store. Orders are normally processed within one hour during office hours (Monday to Sunday, 9 am – 8 pm).

Step 4: Licence Delivery

Your software license will be issued by email once your order is complete. You can then activate Rhino 3D or any compatible plugin immediately.
