Price Match Guarantee Terms

At Cadwax Software (UK), we want every customer to feel confident and secure in knowing they are receiving the best possible price when shopping with us. To demonstrate our commitment to competitive pricing, we offer a Price Match Guarantee. If you find a lower price on an identical product from an authorized retailer, we will gladly match that price, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The competitor’s price must be publicly available and verifiable at the time of your request. Acceptable sources include competitor websites, printed catalogues, or official advertisements. Private listings, auctions, or members-only offers do not qualify.
  
  
• The product offered by the competitor must be exactly the same as ours in brand, model number, specifications, and included features. Any differences in product configuration, accessories, or warranty will disqualify the item from price matching.
  
  
• The competitor must be an authorized reseller of the product. We cannot match prices from unauthorized dealers or third-party sellers who are not officially recognised by the manufacturer.
  
  
• Price match requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of your original purchase with us. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
  
  
• We do not offer price matching on: clearance items, special promotions, bundle deals, loyalty discounts, or other temporary offers that may not be available to the general public.
  
  
• To process a price match request, you must provide valid proof of the lower price. This could be a direct link to the competitor’s product page, a scanned copy of a catalogue page, or a clear advertisement showing the product and price.
  
  
• We reserve the right to verify all claims thoroughly - If any of the above conditions are not met, or if we suspect fraudulent or misleading requests, we reserve the right to decline the price match.
