- Price Match Guarantee Terms
At Cadwax Software (UK), we want every customer to feel confident and secure knowing they are receiving the best possible price when shopping with us. To demonstrate our commitment to competitive pricing, we offer a Price Match Guarantee. If you find a lower price on an identical product from an authorised retailer, we will gladly match that price, subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Verifiable Price: The competitor’s price must be publicly available and verifiable at the time of your request. Acceptable sources include competitor websites, or official advertisements. Private listings, auctions, or members-only offers do not qualify.
2. Identical Product: The product offered by the competitor must be exactly the same as ours in brand, model number, specifications, and included features. Any differences in product configuration, accessories, or warranty will disqualify the item from price matching.
3. Authorised Retailer: The competitor must be an authorised reseller of the product. We cannot match prices from unauthorised dealers or third-party sellers who are not officially recognised by the manufacturer.
4. Request Period: Price match requests must be made within 7 calendar days from the date of your original purchase with us. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.
5. Proof of Price: To request a price match, please provide valid proof of the lower price. This should be a direct link to the competitor’s product page clearly showing both the product and its price.
6. Verification: We reserve the right to verify all claims thoroughly. If any of the above conditions are not met, or if we suspect fraudulent or misleading requests, we reserve the right to decline the price match.
