Digital License Refund Policy

This Refund Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms and conditions governing refunds for digital licenses purchased from Cadwax Software (UK) (“Cadwax Software”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website or authorised partners. By purchasing a digital license, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “Licensee”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

1. Refund Window
1.1 Customers are eligible to request a refund for digital licenses within thirty (30) calendar days following the date of purchase.
1.2 Refund requests submitted after this thirty-day period will not be considered, and no exceptions shall apply.

2. Eligibility for Refund
2.1 To qualify for a refund, the digital license must meet all of the following criteria:
a) The license has not been activated with the software manufacturer.
b) The license is purchased directly from Cadwax Software (UK) or an authorised partner.
2.2 Licenses that do not meet the above criteria are strictly non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Licenses
3.1 Once a license has been activated with the software manufacturer, it becomes irrevocably non-refundable.
3.2 Customers are strongly advised to use any available trial or demo versions of the software prior to purchase to ensure suitability.

4. Refund Request and Approval
4.1 Customers seeking a refund must submit a request via email to sales@cadwax.co.uk, providing proof of purchase and details of the license.
4.2 Cadwax Software will review all refund requests in accordance with this Policy.
4.3 If a refund request is approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days.

5. Administrative and Restocking Fees
5.1 A non-refundable administrative restocking fee of five percent (5%) will be deducted from the refund amount to cover processing costs.
5.2 Customers acknowledge and agree to this deduction as part of the refund process.

6. Payment Processing Time
6.1 Once a refund has been issued, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the funds to your account.
6.2 The duration of this processing may vary depending on the policies of your financial institution, and Cadwax Software shall not be liable for delays beyond our control.

7. Contact for Refund Issues
7.1 If more than fifteen (15) business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received the refunded amount, please contact Cadwax Software at sales@cadwax.co.uk for further assistance.
7.2 Customers are encouraged to retain proof of communication regarding refunds to facilitate resolution of any issues.

8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Cadwax Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the refusal or delay of a refund.
8.2 Our total liability in relation to any refund shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant digital license.

9. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a digital license from Cadwax Software (UK), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy. This Policy forms part of your binding agreement with Cadwax Software and may be amended at our discretion.

10. Governing Law
This Policy and any disputes arising from refund requests shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under this Policy.
