Digital License Shipping Policy

This Digital License Shipping Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms and conditions governing the delivery of digital licenses purchased from Cadwax Software (UK) (“Cadwax Software”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through our website or through our authorised partners. By purchasing a digital license, you (“Customer”, “you”, or “Licensee”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

1. Sales Territory
Cadwax Software is an official authorised agent for Rhino 3D products within the United Kingdom. All purchases of digital licenses must be made in accordance with applicable laws within this territory. We do not guarantee delivery outside the United Kingdom.

2. Delivery of Commercial Licenses
2.1 Upon successful purchase and confirmation of payment, commercial digital licenses will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at the time of checkout.
2.2 While delivery is typically immediate, Cadwax Software shall not be liable for any delays due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, email server delays, or technical issues with authorised partner systems.
2.3 Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided is correct and accessible. Licenses sent to an incorrect email address due to customer error are deemed delivered.

3. Delivery of Educational Licenses
3.1 Educational licenses are issued only to customers who can provide proof of valid academic status. Acceptable proof includes an active student, faculty, or staff identification from a recognised educational institution.
3.2 Educational license requests will not be processed until such proof is received and approved by Cadwax Software.
3.3 Cadwax Software reserves the right to refuse or revoke educational licenses if eligibility cannot be verified or if false or fraudulent information is provided.

4. License Activation
4.1 All digital licenses are accompanied by instructions for activation, including product keys, download links, or other methods as required by the licensor.
4.2 Customers are responsible for following activation instructions and ensuring that their system meets all technical requirements for use.
4.3 Cadwax Software is not liable for issues arising from misuse, technical incompatibility, or failure to follow activation instructions.

5. Customer Obligations
5.1 Customers must provide accurate and complete information during purchase.
5.2 Customers are responsible for safeguarding license keys and other credentials. Unauthorized sharing or resale of license keys is strictly prohibited and may result in revocation of licenses.
5.3 Customers must comply with all terms of the license agreement provided with the digital license.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Cadwax Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the purchase, delivery, or use of digital licenses.
6.2 In no event shall Cadwax Software’s liability exceed the purchase price paid for the relevant digital license.
6.3 Cadwax Software does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to digital licenses or related services.

7. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a digital license from Cadwax Software (UK), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Digital License Shipping Policy. This Policy forms part of your binding agreement with Cadwax Software and may be amended from time to time at our discretion.

8. Governing Law
This Policy and any disputes arising from the purchase or delivery of digital licenses shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
