  2. Find a lower price — spot a lower price at an official authorised UK reseller within 7 days of your order date.
  3. Contact us — get in touch with our team and provide a link or screenshot showing the lower price, including the reseller's name and the exact product and licence type.
  4. We'll match it — once verified, we'll refund the difference to your original payment method.

Eligibility Criteria

  • The price match request must be submitted within 7 days of your CADWAX order date.
  • The competing price must be from an official authorised UK reseller of the same product.
  • The product must be identical — same software, same version, same licence type (e.g. single-user perpetual, educational, upgrade), and same seat count.
  • The competing price must be publicly listed and available to purchase at the time of your request — not a private quote, bundle deal, clearance price, or limited-time flash sale.
  • The price must be in GBP (£) and inclusive of VAT where applicable, on a like-for-like basis.
  • The price match applies to the product price only and does not include any additional services, training, or support packages.

Exclusions

  • Prices from unauthorised resellers, grey-market sellers, or overseas retailers.
  • Prices that are the result of a coupon, voucher, loyalty scheme, or membership discount applied at checkout.
  • Auction sites, marketplaces (e.g. eBay, Amazon), or second-hand listings.
  • Prices that cannot be independently verified by CADWAX.
  • Subscription or SaaS pricing models that differ in structure from a perpetual licence.

To request a price match, please contact us with the following information:

  • Your CADWAX order number
  • The name of the authorised UK reseller
  • A link to the product page or a clear screenshot showing the lower price
  • The exact product name, version, and licence type
