The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Cadwax Software (UK) - who operate this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). Cadwax Software (UK) is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The following Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein (the “Terms” or “Terms of Service”), govern your use of the Services. 3.3 Customers are responsible for reviewing orders before submission, as cancellations may not be accommodated once an order is accepted.

5.1 Cadwax Software (UK) shall not be liable for delays in delivery. All delivery timelines are estimates.
5.2 Once a product is transferred to the carrier, title and risk pass to the customer.
5.3 For digital licenses, delivery is electronic. Customers are responsible for providing accurate email addresses.

6.1 All Services content, including trademarks, text, images, video, and design, is owned by Cadwax Software (UK), its affiliates, or licensors and protected by UK and foreign intellectual property laws.

9.1 Cadwax Software (UK) operates independently of Shopify. All sales are made directly with Cadwax Software (UK).
