Checkout help for international students

If you're an international student studying in the UK and are having trouble completing your order, here's what you need to know.

Use your UK address at checkout

Your billing address at checkout does not need to match the address your payment card is registered to. If you live and study in the UK, please enter your UK term-time or campus address as your checkout address. This is what allows your order to go through, since CADWAX licences are sold to customers based in the UK.

Paying with an international card

You can still pay with a card issued outside the UK. Just make sure the address you enter at checkout is your current UK address, not your card's registered billing address.
