Institutional Purchasing & Procurement
CADWAX supports institutional purchasing through purchase orders and procurement cards. Here's what you need to know before placing an order:
- Accepted proof of eligibility: A valid student ID, staff ID, or institutional confirmation letter.
- Purchase orders: We accept official purchase orders on headed institutional paper. Send your PO to us before or alongside your order and we'll confirm acceptance by return.
- Procurement cards: We accept procurement card payments. Please confirm the card payment by email so we can match it to your order and issue the correct documentation.
- Lead time: Institutional orders are processed the same day when received during business hours.
