Can I use the academic licence for commercial work?
Yes. McNeel academic licences do not restrict commercial use. The academic licence is functionally identical to the commercial version — the lower price reflects eligibility verification, not feature limitations.
Do I need internet access to use Rhino?
No. You can activate using the single-computer method which requires no ongoing internet connection. Cloud Zoo requires periodic check-ins (every 14 days) for cloud-based licence management across devices.
What versions can I install?
A Rhino 8 licence includes access keys for Rhino 6, 7, and 8. You can install whichever version your workflow requires and upgrade to V8 at any point at no additional cost.
How long does delivery take?
