Licence details
- Type: 30 individual, perpetual educational licences — not a shared floating pool
- Eligibility: For eligible students, faculty, or staff at an accredited educational institution — institutional proof required (letter from the institution or staff pay stub)
- Transferability: Each licence is not transferable — cannot be sold, shared, or transferred to another user. This is the only difference from a commercial licence
- Delivery: 30 individual keys, issued once eligibility is verified
- Legacy access: Free legacy keys for Rhino 7 and Rhino 6 available on request, per seat
Frequently asked questions
Is this the same as the Lab Licence?
No. This pack gives 30 separate individual licences, each usable by one named person on their own device(s). The Lab Licence, by contrast, is a single 30-user floating licence shared across a classroom — hosted on an on-premises Zoo server or in a Cloud Zoo Team.
Can seats be reassigned to different students each year?

Do you offer training?
Yes — Rhino Level 1 and Level 2 training is available with any Rhino product or plugin purchase, consisting of a guide manual and email support you can work through in your own time. Contact our team for details.
