Is this the same as the Lab Licence?
No. This pack gives 30 separate individual licences, each usable by one named person on their own device(s). The Lab Licence, by contrast, is a single 30-user licence shared across a classroom via McNeel's Zoo network manager.
Can seats be reassigned to different students each year?
